Our first restaurant in New Jersey is located in the famed Garden State Plaza, one of Jersey’s premier high-end destinations for shopping and dining. The two-story restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs demonstrate the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted meats. The Paramus location also features a lively, indoor Bar Fogo area on the first floor and a Next Level Lounge on the second level, where guests are able to relax with craft cocktail, premium whiskey or bourbon.
