Background: Cat’s love of the hospitality industry started at a young age with her large Brazilian-Italian family and eventually led her to attend culinary school at the Institute of Culinary Education. Cat has spent her professional life working in all aspects of the food and beverage industry from managing operations, events and cooking at some of the best restaurants and venues in the NYC area. Cat is excited to open our Paramus location and make your next event memorable.
