What is FOGO Rewards?

FOGO Rewards is Fogo de Chão’s new loyalty program. Members can unlock up to two rewards annually for visiting, receive a birthday gift towards the Full Churrasco Experience, and access exclusive offers and experiences. Plus, it’s free to join. Learn more

Who can join Fogo Rewards?

You must be at least 18 years old to join Fogo Rewards. You’ll get a text to verify your phone number to complete the signup process. Your phone number will be your loyalty member ID so don’t skip this step!

Where are the participating locations?

Fogo Rewards is now live in the US and Puerto Rico.

How do I earn rewards?

Unlock rewards by dining at a participating FOGO location. Each guest who visits is eligible for rewards – not just the guest who picks up the check. Spend $15 or more before taxes and gratuity for the visit to qualify, either at the bar, patio or in the dining room. Does not apply to to-go or catering orders at this time.

Will I earn a reward after every visit?

Beginning 2/25/2025, you will earn a reward after your first and second qualifying visits, up to 2 per membership year, at participating U‍.S‍. or Puerto Rico Fogo de Chão locations.

What counts as a qualifying visit?

Spend $15 or more before taxes and gratuity for the visit to qualify, either at the bar or in the dining room. You do not have to pay for the check for your visit to count in the program.

How is my visit added to my loyalty account?

Scan the QR code on your receipt within 7 days to claim your visit. You can also give your server the phone number linked to your Fogo Rewards account, and they’ll add your visit to your loyalty account.

Do eclub members still get a birthday reward?

Yes – existing eclub members will receive their Birthday Reward. However, you will need to verify your phone number to complete the Rewards signup process to access and enjoy your birthday reward

Do rewards expire?

Yes. Rewards must be redeemed prior to expiration. Please refer to your reward email for expiration details and any other terms and conditions.

Are there dates rewards cannot be redeemed?

Rewards cannot be redeemed on holidays.In 2025, holidays include the following dates: 1/1, 2/14, 4/20, 5/11, 5/26, 6/15, 7/4, 9/1, 11/27, 12/24, 12/25, and 12/31.

How many rewards can be redeemed per visit?

Limit one reward per visit, even if you have multiple rewards available. Or, if you visit with a group.

Can Fogo Rewards change or be discontinued?

Yes, the Fogo Rewards program is subject to change or discontinuation at any time at the discretion of Fogo de Chao – US, Inc. This means that the structure, benefits, earning and redemption rules, and eligibility requirements may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice. We encourage members to review the most up-to-date Terms & Conditions available on our website to stay informed about any changes.

What if I forget to provide the server with my Fogo Rewards phone number?

Scan the QR code on your receipt within 7 days of your visit and enter your Fogo Rewards phone number to claim your visit.

How can I use the QR code on the receipt to have my visit added to my Fogo Rewards account?

To claim your visit, scan the QR code on your receipt within 7 days and enter your Fogo Rewards phone number. The number of people who can claim the visit will match the number of guests who dined together.

I wasn’t a Fogo Rewards member at the time of my visit. Can I still get credit?

Absolutely! Once you’ve signed up for Fogo Rewards, scan the QR code on your receipt within 7 days of your visit and enter your Fogo Rewards phone number to claim your visit.

How do I redeem my rewards?

When you visit a participating FOGO location, please provide the server with the phone number associated with your FOGO Rewards account. The server will redeem your reward.

I had my first visit and did not receive an email with my reward.

It can take up to 48 hours after a qualifying visit to receive your reward email. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have not received the email with your reward, please contact info@fogo.com for support.

Where can I see my available rewards?

Currently, you are unable to see your Fogo Rewards account and progress on our website. Please check your email for reward updates..

I want to change my phone number or email address associated with my Fogo Rewards account.

I forgot to provide my phone number to the server during my last Fogo visit and I lost the check with the QR code. Can I still get credit for that visit?
