What is Fogo Rewards?
Fogo Rewards is Fogo de Chão’s new loyalty program. Members can unlock up to two rewards annually for visiting, receive a birthday gift towards the Full Churrasco Experience, and access exclusive offers and experiences. Plus, it’s free to join.
Who can join Fogo Rewards?
You must be at least 18 years old to join Fogo Rewards. You’ll get a text or call to verify your phone number to complete the signup process. Your phone number will be your loyalty member ID so don’t skip this step! Once you’re verified, you’re ready to unlock your rewards.
What FOGO locations are part of Fogo Rewards?
Fogo Rewards has launched a limited rollout to select participating stores in Troy, Jacksonville, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, Denver, and Lone Tree.
Will Fogo Rewards be available at other locations?
Fogo Rewards will expand to all Fogo locations in the US and Puerto Rico soon. Stay tuned and keep an eye on your email for more information about the national launch.
How do I earn rewards?
Unlock rewards by dining at a participating Fogo location. Each guest who visits is eligible for rewards – not just the guest who picks up the check. Spend $15 or more before taxes and gratuity for the visit to qualify, either at the bar or in the dining room.
Will I earn a reward after every visit?
No. You will earn a reward after your first and second qualifying visits to any participating Fogo location each year.
What counts as a qualifying visit?

How is my visit added to my loyalty account?
When you visit a participating Fogo location, please provide the server with the phone number associated with your Fogo Rewards account. The server will add your visit to your loyalty account.
I visited FOGO with other people, do we all get credit?
Yes. Each Fogo Rewards member at a table can have that qualifying visit added to their loyalty account.
Will my visit count at a non-participating location?
No. Only visits to participating Fogo locations will count toward a reward.
if I am not a Fogo Rewards member, do I still get a birthday reward?
No. The birthday reward is an exclusive perk of the Fogo Rewards program pilot locations. You must be a Fogo Rewards member to receive a special reward for your birthday. Non-pilot location eClub members will still receive their birthday rewards.
How do I redeem my rewards?
When you visit a participating Fogo location, please provide the server with the phone number associated with your Fogo Rewards account. The server will redeem your reward.
Can I redeem my reward at aNY FOGO location?
No, rewards for Fogo Rewards can only be redeemed at participating Fogo locations.
Do rewards expire?
Yes. Rewards must be redeemed prior to expiration. Please refer to your reward email for expiration details and any other terms and conditions.
How many rewards can be redeemed per visit?
Limit one reward per table.
If i visit with a group, can everyone redeem a reward?
No, it’s limited to one reward per table.
Are there dates rewards cannot be redeemed?
Rewards cannot be redeemed on holidays. In 2024, holidays include the following dates: 1/1, 2/14, 3/31, 5/12, 5/27, 6/16, 7/4, 9/2, 11/28, 12/24, 12/25, and 12/31.
I had my first visit and did not receive an email with my reward.
It can take up to 48 hours after a qualifying visit to receive your reward email. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have not received the email with your reward, please contact info@fogo.com for support.
Can I log in to see my visits and rewards?
Currently, you are unable to see your Fogo Rewards account and progress. Please check your email for rewards.
