The Full Churrasco Experience is the signature prix-fixe menu selection that includes all premium and classic cut of protein, plus the fresh and seasonal Market Table & Feijoada Bar and authentic Brazilian side dishes.

The Full Churrasco Experience is our signature prix-fixe menu that includes continuous service of our fire-roasted meats carved tableside by Brazilian-trained Gaucho Chefs, including house specialties like Picanha (signature top sirloin), Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Fraldinha (bottom sirloin) Cordeiro (lamb) and more. Each experience starts at the gourmet Market Table & Feijoada Bar featuring seasonal salads, fresh vegetables, feijoada (traditional black bean stew served over rice), soups and more. You may visit as often as you like during your meal. In addition to the main dishes, Guests enjoy a variety of traditional Brazilian side dishes such as the world famous Pão de Queijo (warm cheese bread) served tableside.

The Indulgent Churrasco Experience is an elevated version of Fogo’s signature Full Churrasco Experience. It includes continuous tableside service of premium fire-roasted cuts, endless access to the Market Table & Feijoada Bar, and Brazilian sides, plus your choice of a premium enhancement and any dessert. Enhancements may include options like Butter-Bathed™ Lobster Tail, Roasted Bone Marrow, All Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, or Black Truffle Butter.

We do offer an extensive salad and vegetable bar called the Market Table. The Market Table includes items such as hearts of palm, giant asparagus, fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese, sun dried tomatoes, fresh cut and steamed broccoli, marinated artichoke bottoms, tabbouleh, smoked salmon, an assortment of fine cheeses, and much more. The Market Table only option does include unlimited servings of our traditional Brazilian side dishes. Side dishes include seasoned mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas, crispy polenta and warm cheese bread.

Our fresh and seasonal Market Table is inspired by the open-air markets of Brazil, featuring a variety of nutrient-dense and flavorful choices for every occasion and all items (except bread on the Feijoada Bar) are gluten free. Items showcased at the Market Table include seasonal salads, fresh micro greens, natural and plant-based proteins, charcuterie, and more. Our Feijoada Bar offers a traditional black bean stew, white rice, and farofa (baked yuca flour with bacon). The full Market Table, including the Feijoada Bar, is included with all Churrasco experiences.

The art of Brazilian churrasco comes to life through the passion and precision of our Gaucho Chefs, who carefully prepare and serve each cut, grilled to perfection, for an experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. Fogo is also a place for discovery, where Guests can explore bold new flavors at the Market Table, savor different cuts of fire-roasted meats, and enjoy the excitement of trying something new every time you visit.

The correct pronunciation of Fogo de Chão is “fogo-dee-shown”.

Fogo started in Southern Brazil over 45 years ago. Our first location opened in Porto Alegre, Brazil in 1979 and has continued to grow on a global scale. Many of our Gauchos are from Brazil and are proud to represent the art of churrasco in our restaurants worldwide.

We at Fogo de Chão have always aimed to provide our Guests with the safest, highest quality, and most wholesome food possible. Our approach is rooted in the Brazilian Gaucho tradition of nurturing and harvesting food with respect, which we call “Respeito Pela Comida” in Portuguese. To maintain this standard, we carefully select vendor partners who share our values and adhere to the Five Freedoms of Animal Welfare, a globally recognized standard. We also prioritize ongoing communication, guidance, and transparency to ensure that all aspects of animal sourcing, health, and well-being meet our commitment to exceptional food quality and safety for our guests.

The Five Freedoms of Animal Welfare are considered to be one of the gold standards when it comes to animal welfare across the globe. First established by the Farm Animal Welfare Council (now Committee) and widely adopted by organizations like the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Five Freedoms encompass both the mental and physical well-being of certified animals and aim to ensure that they have appropriate space, lighting, air quality, food and water. The Five Freedoms include:

  • Freedom from Hunger and Thirst
  • Freedom from Discomfort
  • Freedom from Pain, Injury or Disease
  • Freedom to Express Normal Behaviors
  • Freedom from Fear and Distress

We at Fogo currently work with and seek out partners who share and adhere to these same beliefs.

When vetting suppliers with which we might consider partnering, we require all potential suppliers to provide animal welfare statements, third party audits for adherence, public hazard analysis and critical control points (HAACP) plans and sustainability certifications.

We have enjoyed long-tenured relationships with the most widely respected and responsible suppliers in the business. Our partners share our “Respeito Pela Comida” (“respect for food”), and we continually work together to ensure ongoing mutual guidance and transparency so we can deliver safe, high quality and delicious food to our guests.

Our Guests want and deserve to know that their food is safe, sustainable and responsibly raised. That’s why in April 2019, Fogo announced a collaboration with HerdX, an agri-tech company that develops and manufactures technology such as tags and software to bring greater understanding and trust to the livestock industry. While our industry-leading partnership is still in the early stages, it is a clear next step towards our mutual goal of providing greater transparency in food sourcing through the use of technology.
