Is Fogo gluten free?
September 11, 2018 12:20 pm Leave your thoughtsFogo de Chão’s menu is 99% gluten-free. All our salad dressings & even our pão de queijo (cheese bread) is gluten free, as it’s made with yuca flour! There are only a small number of items on our menu that contain gluten:
Italian bread on the Market Table, Lobster and Regular Mac & Cheese, Spicy Steak (carved tableside), Crepes, Crostinis, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake & Roasted Bone Marrow (both served as part of the Indulgent menu) & most of our desserts. On our Bar Menu: Brazilian Empanadas, Spiced Chicken Sliders, Lobster Shrimp Tacos, Picanha Burger (with bun), Saucy Legs, Warm Hearts of Palm & Spinach Dip (served with bread) & Braised Beef Rib Sliders.
