Everything you need to know about Fogo Rewards

Who can join Fogo Rewards?

You must be at least 18 years old to join Fogo Rewards. You’ll get a text to verify your phone number to complete the signup process. Your phone number will be your loyalty member ID so don’t skip this step!

Fogo Team Members are not eligible to participate in the Fogo Rewards program.

Where are the participating locations?

Fogo Rewards has been live in restaurants in Troy, Jacksonville, Pittsburgh, Denver & Lone Tree, Minneapolis & Indianapolis from 10/7/2024

As on 2/25/2025, Fogo Rewards is now live across all locations in the  US and Puerto Rico.

Will I earn a reward after every visit?

Beginning 2/25/2025, you will earn a reward after your first and second qualifying visits, up to 2 per membership year, at participating U‍.S‍. or Puerto Rico Fogo de Chão locations.

Do eclub members still get a birthday reward?

Yes – existing eclub members will receive their Birthday Reward. However, you will need to verify your phone number to complete the Rewards signup process to access and enjoy your birthday reward

How many rewards can be redeemed per visit?

Limit one reward per visit, even if you have multiple rewards available. Or, if you visit with a group.

What counts as a qualifying visit?

Spend $15 or more before taxes and gratuity for the visit to qualify, either at the bar or in the dining room. You do not have to pay for the check for your visit to count in the program.

Do rewards expire?

Yes. Rewards must be redeemed prior to expiration. Please refer to your reward email for expiration details and any other terms and conditions.

Are there dates rewards cannot be redeemed?

Rewards cannot be redeemed on holidays.In 2025, holidays include the following dates: 1/1, 2/14, 4/20, 5/11, 5/26, 6/15, 7/4, 9/1, 11/27, 12/24, 12/25, and 12/31.

What if I forget to provide the server with my Fogo Rewards phone number?

Scan the QR code on your receipt within 10 days of your visit and enter your Fogo Rewards phone number to claim your visit.

I wasn’t a Fogo Rewards member at the time of my visit. Can I still get credit?

Absolutely! Once you’ve signed up for Fogo Rewards, scan the QR code on your receipt within 7 days of your visit and enter your Fogo Rewards phone number to claim your visit.

How do I redeem my rewards?

When you visit a participating FOGO location, please provide the server with the phone number associated with your FOGO Rewards account. The server will redeem your reward.

I had my first visit and did not receive an email with my reward.

It can take up to 48 hours after a qualifying visit to receive your reward email. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have not received the email with your reward, please contact info@fogo.com for support.

Can Fogo Rewards change or be discontinued?

Yes, the Fogo Rewards program is subject to change or discontinuation at any time at the discretion of Fogo de Chão – US, Inc. This means that the structure, benefits, earning and redemption rules, and eligibility requirements may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice. We encourage members to review the most up-to-date Terms & Conditions available on our website to stay informed about any changes.

How do I participate in the Churrasco Champions Challenge?

You must be a Fogo Rewards member to participate. It is free to sign up for Fogo Rewards here and you can sign up for Fogo Rewards at any point in the challenge period to participate.

When is the Churrasco Champions Challenge period?

The challenge runs from September 4, 2025 to November 3, 2025.

What are the actions I need to complete?
  • Fogo Rookie – to complete this action, make and complete a reservation for at least 2 people.
  • Find Your MVP Cut – order a Full Churrasco Experience
  • Speciality Cocktail – order a cocktail or speciality beverage (which may be non-alcoholic)
What do I get for completing any of the three actions?

Completing any one of the three actions during the challenge period will earn you a free Indulgent Churrasco upgrade on your next visit. You can only earn this reward once during the challenge period, i.e. completing two actions will not get you two free Indulgent Churrasco upgrades

What do I get for completing all three actions?

Completing all three actions during the challenge period will get you a reward for $50 off your next Churrasco for two, valid 11/4/25 – 11/25/25. This $50 reward can be applied towards the purchase of TWO full or indulgent Churrascos during the redemption period, excluding holidays. You will also be entered into a sweepstakes to win the grand prize for the Ultimate Game Day Getaway, which includes tickets for two people to your favorite NFL team’s game, dinner at Fogo de Chão, official team gear or merch, and a one-night hotel stay. The Game Day Getaway Winner will be notified on or around November 12, 2025. *Restrictions and terms & conditions apply.

How do I get credit for completing an action?

Just claim your visit by giving your Fogo Rewards phone number to your server or scanning the QR code on your check. You do not have to do anything else! Once an action has been completed, we will automatically associate it to your Fogo Rewards account and add any badges / reward(s) to your Fogo Rewards account. Please expect a delay of 1-2 business days between completing an action and receiving an email notification. If you believe you did not receive credit for completing an action, please contact Guest Relations [info@fogo.com].

How do I win the Ultimate Game Day Getaway?

Completing all three actions during the challenge period will automatically enter you into the sweepstakes for a chance to win the Ultimate Game Day Getaway.

How do I check my progress in the Churrasco Champions Challenge?

All Churrasco Champions communications will happen through email. We will let you know via email when you earn a badge and when you earn any associated rewards. Please expect a delay of 1-2 business days between completing an action and receiving an email notification.
