Step 1: Dine with us

Once enrolled, spend $25 in the restaurant or bar. Dining with a group? Every member at the table can unlock a reward, not just the person who picks up the check.

Step 2: Log your visit

Give your server your phone number during your visit or scan the QR code on your receipt.

Step 3: Redeem your reward

You’ll receive an email with your reward. Or, let your server know you have a reward waiting when you come in.

Everything you need to know about Fogo Rewards

Who can join Fogo Rewards?

You must be at least 18 years old to join Fogo Rewards. You’ll get a text to verify your phone number to complete the signup process. Your phone number will be your loyalty member ID, so don’t skip this step!

Will I earn a reward after every visit?

You will earn a reward after your first and second qualifying visits, up to 2 per membership year, at participating U‍.S‍. or Puerto Rico Fogo de Chão locations.

How many rewards can be redeemed per visit?

Limit one reward per visit per table.

What counts as a qualifying visit?

Spend $25 or more before taxes and gratuity for the visit to qualify, either at the bar or in the dining room. You do not have to pay for the check for your visit to count in the program.

Do rewards expire?

Yes. Rewards must be redeemed prior to expiration. Please refer to your reward email for expiration details and any other terms and conditions.

Are there dates rewards cannot be redeemed?

Rewards cannot be redeemed on holidays. In 2026, holidays include the following dates: 1/1, 2/14, 4/5, 5/10, 5/25, 6/21, 7/4, 9/7, 11/26, 12/24, 12/25, and 12/31.

What if I forget to provide the server with my Fogo Rewards phone number?

Scan the QR code on your receipt within 10 days of your visit and enter your Fogo Rewards phone number to log your visit.

I wasn’t a Fogo Rewards member at the time of my visit. Can I still get credit?

Absolutely! Once you’ve signed up for Fogo Rewards, scan the QR code on your receipt within 10 days of your visit and enter your Fogo Rewards phone number to log your visit.

How do I redeem my rewards?

When you visit a participating FOGO location, please provide the server with the phone number associated with your FOGO Rewards account. The server will apply your reward to your check.

Where can I see my rewards?

You can log in to your Fogo Rewards Dashboard to see your logged visits and earned rewards.

I had my first visit and did not receive an email with my reward.

It can take up to 48 hours after a qualifying visit to receive your reward email. If it has been more than 48 hours and you have not received the email with your reward, please use our Contact Form for further support.

Can Fogo Rewards change or be discontinued?

Yes, the Fogo Rewards program is subject to change or discontinuation at any time at the discretion of Fogo de Chão – US, Inc. This means that the structure, benefits, earning and redemption rules, and eligibility requirements may be modified, suspended, or terminated without prior notice. We encourage members to review the most up-to-date Terms & Conditions available on our website to stay informed about any changes.
