Our first restaurant in Bolivia is located at the famed Ventura Mall, the largest entertainment, shopping, and dining destination in Santa Cruz. The Santa Cruz restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the center of the dining room, offering guests a 360-degree view of gaucho chefs butchering, hand carving and preparing various cuts of protein over an open flame. Upon entering the dining room, guests will see a modern, timeless design along with our signature bas-relief interpretation of O’ Lacador, the embodiment of the gaucho culture and a reimagined bar area offering guests a place to linger in Bar Fogo.
