Background: Elaina has been planning events of all sizes both on and off site since 2012. She has cultivated her career in catering, small business, family entertainment, and fine dining. Elaina revels in planning each event with diligence and care as if it were for her own friends and family. She was born, raised, and resides in Arlington and loves being in the middle of the Metroplex surrounded by vibrant cities with distinct cultures in each neighborhood. Working in a restaurant was the natural career fit for Elaina because her love language is sharing food and helping others.
