Background: Brandie has been in the hospitality industry with Fogo since 2018 starting at our flagship location in Plano, TX. She started as a server and has excelled in both front and back of house operations, always working to ensure excellence for our guests. Over the years she has traveled to help train in new restaurant openings and has had the pleasure of working with a diverse clientele base. Thriving in high-volume environments and loving the warmer winters and summer sunshine, she now calls Scottsdale home. While assisting Fogo Portland, she is excited to put her love of people, hospitality and Fogo to work.
