Background: Brandie has been a driving force with Fogo de Chão since 2018, beginning her career at the flagship location in Plano, TX. She quickly established herself as a leader with a passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and relationship-building. She excelled in both front and back-of-house operations while supporting restaurants across multiple markets, bringing that experience and energy to the Scottsdale location, where she built strong client relationships and created exceptional guest experiences. Known for her energy, professionalism, and ability to create meaningful guest and client connections, Brandie has continued to grow within the Fogo family as a dynamic sales and hospitality leader. As she transitions to the new Gilbert location, she looks forward to continuing her development within the brand while helping build strong community partnerships and supporting a successful new restaurant opening.
