Background: Over the years, Tara has worked in various Hospitality Management roles for Hotels, Fine Dining/Theme Restaurants, Corporate Dining, Universities/Colleges/K-12 Schools and Fast Casual/Catering Concepts. She received her Bachelor of Professional Studies Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from New York Institute of Technology and earned a Master of Science Degree in Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University. Most recently Tara was the Director of Dining Services for FLIK Independent Schools at the United Nations International School (UNIS). She worked as the Event & Catering Operations Manager (COM) for Panera Bread in Manhattan and Westchester markets for over 5 years prior to the pandemic. During the pandemic, Tara became a Certified Integrative Nutrition (IIN) Health Coach and started her private practice, Zen and Healthy Wellness, to aid clients in improving their overall health and mindset. Tara is very excited to learn and embody Fogo’s authentic Brazilian Gaucha traditions.
