Background: Gigi's passion for the hospitality industry started with cooking in the kitchen alongside her mother when she was a very young girl. Coming from a very big close family, she always loved the essence of how food would bring families together. With over a decade of working in operations, both back of house and front of house, starting in the kitchen as a dishwasher and moving her way up. Gigi is looking forward to being in event sales so that she can bring that sense of community through great food to others.
