Background: Building on her extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Tenley began her career at Fogo de Chão in October of 2022 starting here at our Bethesda location as a server. She was promoted to Restaurant Office Assistant in January 2024 and then Sales Manager in October 2024. Tenley holds a degree in Secondary Education - English and as a proud Brazilian American who also speaks fluent Spanish, brings a multi-cultural background to Fogo Bethesda that enables her to connect with a wide variety of guests. Tenley is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for Fogo de Chão guests, continuing to build deep connections in our community, and sharing the art of Brazilian Hospitality.
