Background: Tracy is the Sales Manager at Fogo de Chão in Virginia Beach, with a background rooted in hospitality and entrepreneurship. She began her career as the owner of a small bakery, where she gained experience in customer service, event coordination, and running a business. That journey led to a spot on Cupcake Wars and the launch of a pink food truck that brought desserts—and smiles—to the community. Over time, she transitioned into hotel hospitality, where she focused on building strong client relationships and organizing meaningful events. At Fogo de Chão, she now uses those skills to help guests plan memorable dining experiences, whether for corporate events, special occasions, or private gatherings. She enjoys connecting with people and making each event feel personal and well-executed.
