What strides has Fogo made in terms of traceability and sustainable meat sourcing?

Our guests want and deserve to know that their food is safe, sustainable and responsibly raised. That’s why in April 2019, Fogo announced a collaboration with HerdX, an agri-tech company that develops and manufactures technology such as tags and software to bring greater understanding and trust to the livestock industry. While our industry-leading partnership is still in the early stages, it is a clear next step towards our mutual goal of providing greater transparency in food sourcing through the use of technology.
