Malagueta Hot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
6 oz. Malagueta Peppers
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
Preparation:
1. Place peppers and vinegar in a blender pitcher and blend for 30 seconds.
2. Remove and pour through a strainer to remove seeds for a more mild sauce. For a very hot sauce, do not strain.
3. Use immediately or place in jar with lid for later service.
