Coconut Batida Recipe


Makes one drink


1 oz. vodka

½ oz. crème de cacao

1 oz. Cachaça

2 oz. cream of coconut

1 oz. sweetened condensed milk


Garnish – shredded coconut, strawberry


1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin.

2. Fill rocks glass to the rim with ice and place ice in shaker.

3. Top shaker with lid and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well mixed.

4. Rim the rocks glass with shredded coconut and pour drink into glass.

5. Garnish with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.
