Caramelized Bananas Recipe


Serves 2


2 Bananas, peeled
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
Cinnamon sprinkle


1. Place butter and sugar in a small sauté pan over medium heat to melt.

2. Cut each banana in half and place in sauté pan.

3. Cook bananas for approximately 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally until softened and golden brown.

4. Gently remove bananas from sauté pan

5. Transfer to service plate and sprinkle with cinnamon
