Fogo Chimichurri Recipe

Serves 10 to 20 people

Ingredients:

1 cup finely chopped parsley
3-4 garlic cloves
1/8 finely chopped red bell pepper
Pinch of oregano (to taste)
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ olive oil
Salt (to taste)

Preparation:

1. Remove stems from parsley.

2. Blend parsley and garlic cloves in food processor.

3. Finely chop red bell peppers.

4. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, adding salt to taste

5. Present in a serving bowl with spoon and enjoy on a variety of meats, or anything else!
