Mexico City - Insurgentes - NOW OPEN

Our sixth restaurant in Mexico City is located on Insurgentes Avenue, the longest avenue in Mexico City, on the bottom floor of the Hyatt Regency hotel. The Insurgentes restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the center of the dining room, offering guests a 360-degree view of gaucho chefs butchering, hand carving and preparing various cuts of protein over an open flame. Upon entering the dining room, guests will see a modern, timeless design along with our signature bas-relief interpretation of O’ Lacador, the embodiment of the gaucho culture and a reimagined bar area offering guests a place to linger in Bar Fogo.
