Main Course

Continuous tableside service of select fire-roasted Brazilian cuts. Choices include:

  • Picanha*(Prime Part of the Top Sirloin) – Seasoned with sea salt or garlic
  • Alcatra* (Top Sirloin) – Seasoned for tenderness and sliced thin
  • Fraldinha* (Bottom Sirloin) – Flavorful steak with strong marbling
  • Medalhões com Bacon* (Bacon-Wrapped Steak) – Hardwood smoked, honey-cured bacon
  • Cordeiro* (Lamb) – Prime lamb steak or tender leg of lamb
  • Queijo Assado (Fire-Grilled Brazilian Cheese) – Fire-grilled Brazillian cheese with Malagueta Honey
  • Lombo (Pork) – Parmesan-encrusted pork loin filets
  • Costela de Porco (Pork Ribs) – Slow-roasted for flavor and tenderness
  • Picanha de Porco (Pork Picanha) – Lightly seasoned, tender grilled.
  • Linguiça (Spicy Pork Sausage) – Slow-roasted and savory
  • Frango (Chicken) – Breast, bacon-wrapped breast or tender legs

Traditional Brazilian Side Dishes

Fresh salads, exotic vegetables, Fogo® feijoada Warm pão de queijo (cheese bread), crispy polenta, mashed potatoes, and caramelized bananas. Served throughout the meal.


Dessert Course

Select your choice of an indulgent Brazilian dessert:

  • Crème Brûlée – Homemade vanilla bean custard with glazed sugar coating
  • Chocolate Brigadeiro – Rich truffled chocolate in a decadent chocolate cookie crust topped with chocolate ganache and sprinkles
  • Brazilian Style Flan – Homemade rich vanilla and egg custard topped with créme caramel
  • Key Lime Pie – Tart Florida key lime pie with graham cracker crust and whipped cream
